A 50% non-refundable deposit will be requested at the time of  booking.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your appointment can be re-scheduled without loosing your deposit.

Appointments can only be moved to another date twice.

Those failing to attend appointments with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a transfer.

Terms & Conditions: Workshops & Events


To secure a place at a Workshop or Event we request Full Payment of the fee to be paid in advance at the time of booking.

Please Note: Your payment is Non-Refundable if you choose to withdraw.

However should the Workshop or Event be cancelled by the organiser a Full Refund will be made.
In the case of a Series of Workshops a Partial Refund will be issued for any Workshops of the Series not hosted due to cancellation by the organiser.

Advanced payment can be made by PayPal/Debit Card/Credit Card via the website or be requesting an E-Invoice which will be sent in an Email.
'Pay on the Door' Groups/Events can only accept Cash ~ Sorry, payment by Cards cannot be taken on the door.
